PUBLICITY PROPOSAL

At Newcastle we decided to make some accesssible publicity to explain the politics behind No Borders.

There were many ideas including

A film/short films and tour A booklet of essays or a zine A comic or graphic novel A diagram/map combination of above

Ideas of topics to cover cover IOM Environmental refugees how Foreign Investment and capitalism in general displaces people and causes migration war and conflict Gender/queer perspectives detention- prison abolition worker's rights struggles free trade economy money not people updated case for open borders population debate critique of legal/asylum process

An email list for the Publicity Working Group is being set up. A draft of the materials and quotes for costs to be brought to next network gathering in late Feb.

We propose using this workspace to share ideas and work on this.
