The crash space available will be in the Sumac and various other homes around the Forest Fields area will be a few rooms and beds available, please email Dom at lettersfrom@riseup.net if you have specific requirements. The sooner you get in touch the more likely it is we'll be able to arrange a suitable arrangement for your requirements. In all likelihood you'll need plenty of warm blankets, a sleeping bag and a roll mat.
There will be people at the Sumac from midday on Friday to help people find their sleeping spaces, if you're arriving after 11.20 call the Sumac or Kate /Dom ( 07717312838). If arriving on Saturday please head to the Sumac where people will be there to greet you and help you
Food: We will aim to keep cost at 8under £10 for the weekend. The food will be vegan. If you have special dietary requirements, or are bringing children please leave a message at the Sumca Centre to let us know.
The sumac Bar will be open Friday and Saturday night. It is a members only bar, and you will need to join at least a week before the gathering, or be signed in by a member when you get here. We would like to encourage as many No Borders people to join as possible, and application forms can be found below- please complete and send to us ASAP. Wrote the name of your group on the back and leave a space for proposed/seconded blank. Make cheques payable to Forest Fields Social Club. The bar is also sadly no smoking , please respect this and smoke outside.

From the Victoria Centre, follow Mansfield Road (A60) to the roundabout by the Forest Recreation Ground. Turn at the 2nd mini Roundabout onto Sherwood Rise (B682 to Bulwell).
